We offer consultancy and design data products that collect data, analyze it, and present it in dashboards or platforms. Your challenges
Your job is to create small and medium-sized data platforms. These platforms can include dashboards, apps, forms, Excel sheets, etc., depending on what is most relevant. You’ll approach this from the user perspective, design the architecture, and implement it.
- Develop robust data management solutions, including dashboards, web apps, platforms, forms, Power Apps, etc.
- Develop and implement data pipelines using R, Python, SQL, and other relevant languages.
- Design and implement database architectures, data models, schemas, and processing solutions.
- Work with Google APIs, Meta APIs, and other REST APIs.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and tools for business use, and provide technical leadership on data projects.
- Work with multiple digital marketing tools and set up the right KPIs.
- Assist in researching and writing white papers, case studies, and blogs.
- As we’re part of a larger group, you will have the opportunity to participate in various internal cross-team/cross-agency task forces that help build our company (including non-digital aspects, such as improving how we work, contributing to society, team building, etc.).
Your talents
We’re not looking for that one-of-a-kind unicorn with an exceptional skillset and tons of experience. We want to expand our team with a motivated high-potential candidate who is down-to-earth, eager to learn, and excited to start a new adventure in a young agency!
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- You are a native French and/or Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
- Experience and strong affinity with digital marketing platforms.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in R and/or Python programming. It’s not a problem if you know only one of the two languages—you’ll quickly learn the other.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks is a plus.
- Experience with deploying web platforms is a plus (HTTP, Apache/Nginx server, security, scalability, Docker, etc.).
- Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data is your passion, and you complement this with your drive, good work ethic, and curiosity.
- Agility and flexibility are must-have skills. Sometimes, we must match our client’s infrastructure, meaning we might be unable to choose the tools we work with ourselves.
- You highly value communication, focusing on teamwork, assertiveness, and proactivity.
